Stay plugged-in to the latest information about forestry Best Management Practices (BMPs), forestry nonpoint source (NPS) pollution prevention measures, and water-related updates from the North Carolina Forest Service. You can send an email to ncfs.water@ncagr.gov requesting that we add your email to our existing group list.

Receive Updates

We use this email group list to send notices of when the latest edition of our quarterly BMP Newsletter is available; links and summaries to recent forestry/watershed research studies that may be of interest; announcements of upcoming water-related events or newly available NCFS water-themed publications; and other notable updates on the NCFS Water Quality Program and NC's Forestry Nonpoint Source Pollution Prevention Program.

You can also use this email address to submit specific forestry/water-resources questions, or make a request for technical assistance about protecting water quality or managing water resources on your forestland. Our Raleigh-based team may respond directly, or they may re-direct your inquiry to one of our field offices nearer to your location (when provided).
